Hi,

I have a big problem with my DSS100, when trying to create show dolby show manager crashes and does not recharge anymore, with the errors in the photos below.

The only way to restart Showmanager is to restart the DSS100.

We have already tried to reinstall all the software without success.

Has anyone already solved this problem?

The Showmanager Version: 4.7.8 (7) - 4.7.8.20

Thanks all for your help.

Adriano

Try a un-config then re-config. If that does not work I would wipe the drives and rebuild from scratch.

Also "Bad argument: showplayer" might indicate a communication problem between the DSS100 and the DSP100. Can't hurt to pull the Ethernet cable connecting the two, clean the contacts in the RJ45 jacks (e.g. with a small paintbrush or compressed air spray), and then replace a new cable.

May I advice the use of dry contact cleaner to clean contacts?
