Hi there,

We have problems with a cp2230 in an art installation in Cleveland, Ohio.
Lamps shuts off unexpected. A new one was already tried.
The customer is unexperienced with cinema equipment and for me its a 13h flight, so is someone here or does someone know someone in CLE, who can look at the system?

Please contact me via pm or -

Tim Sherman at the Autorama Twin Drive-in might be able to help. He's my "go to" fellow drive-in owner when comes to anything related to digital projection.
