When I connect to my GDC servers via FTP, I am seeing some of them have very old features listed. None of these features show up on the content list on the playlist screen, and none of them show up on the manage content screen. However, seeing these exit on the servers makes sense as I have seen low disk space warnings which don't seem to make sense given the content actually visible on the servers.

Is there anything I can do to delete this stray content, or is this something I should contact GDC to take care of?

In content manager on the content page there is a check stray button. It will bring up a list of stay content and SPLs. You can then choose what to delete.
