The SRX-320 is made to play DCP's, not films! Of course it's going to throw all sorts of strange errors if you try to run film on the thing.

Hi,
My mistake, I wrote it wrong, Of course I was writing about DCP file with actual KDM file.

First problems start after trying to Mariage USB disk with DCP.
USB disk from distributor doesn't want to connect properly with MediaBlock. After few tries we asked them to send second one. Second drive connection with MB was good. I was thinking that USB igesting port is faulty.

After two days they started playing DCP and after about one hour of projection, projector start to restarting. There is no allert before this abnormal operation.

I wrote to Veritekk, it's a SONY PromieSupport agency, but they want 300 Euro on the beggining for starting helping me.

I am not entirely sure, but it seems there are problems with the secure enclosure sensors or power supply. Then the marriage breaks and playout has to stop. I can't give you any advice on how to solve that issue yourself, though, other than maybe sourcing a service/maintenance manual and trying to find something in there.

Thank you for advice,
I have all the service instructions, but to solve the bad operation of the projector, I need an error code or a warning code that will appear in the Projector logs or Media Block logs.

The projector only shows errors with communication and does not record any specific "error code".

I wonder if this is related to UPS's bad work. Maybe the UPS is damaged and sends information via USB to the Media Block to shut down.

I am totally new in these topics and I do not know where to start to search some solutions.
