Hello there... Setup is a Barco DP2K-10s, with an IMS-1000. The question is if anyone knows how to setup a new user for the Web Commander Lite web interface. I’ve only ever logged into it via the “projectionist” login... and even through the Communictor software... users that are set up there seem to only apply to the Communicator.

The reason behind this is that the facility wants to give basic access to turn the projector on/off ... my thought was to do this via an iPad running the Cinemate app which is basically just a link to the Web Commander Lite app.

Thanks all!

Since the Commander Web Interface is for Barco Alchemy only and you are writing about a LITE version, I will assume that you are actually referring to Communicator LITE.
Unfortunately, the only thing you can do with the user, is change the credentials for logging in. You can not add another user.

To do so, you should connect with communicator (not LITE) as a service technician and navigate to Installation>Advanced>Miscellaneous>Web Application Credentials.
You will find, though, that there is no "add user" button available, only an "Edit" one.

If my assumption (about Communicator LITE and not commander) is wrong, please clarify.
