We have a Minolta CS-100 Chroma Meter that I would like to get calibrated. Does anyone have any recommendations where to get that done?

You could try Spectra. They did my SC-600 a few years ago and were pleasant to deal with and fairly priced. I believe that they will calibrate other brands/models, too. It's worth a call. Otherwise, maybe check with a camera repair shop?

Minolta also does calibration on their light meters. That's who we used when I was at Strong.

There is a Konica-Minolta office in Brentwood, TN. I drove past it last November. I can't say for sure they do meter calibrations, but they might take it in and route it to the correct Konica office for you. I used to own one and they are kind of persnickety light meters although accurate, so it might be a good idea to actually have them do it.
