Hello

I have a problem in the projector NEC NC2000C, I turn on the lamp is open the dowsor is launched the show nothing goes wrong;
I found that the projector does not indicate the format of the film, when I press button scope, message "please wait a moment", after nothing happens, the same problem,
I do not know the error "DLP ACK FAIL" does not let the scope or flat format apply.

DLP ACK FAIL can just mean a file requested by the format macro is missing from the ICP, PCF and screen files are stored there among other things.
Do you have a backup you can apply?

It's a bit tough to tell what file is not working. The ICP contains screen files and color (MCGD and TCGD) files. You can go into the presets menu and check each file, when you try to select a file it lists what's available - if the file listed before you try to select isn't on the list, that's probably the problem. The rest of the files - lens, pcf, 3D, etc. - are saved in the NEC boards so they should not bring up an ICP error if missing.
There isn't a specific ICP backup, NEC saves all projector data in one backup set. You can save individual ICP files from the TI control program but that's rarely used for file management.
