UPDATE: Reseating has gotten it working for now. Not sure if I'll need yet another IMB.

Going to call Christie, but maybe someone can get me an answer faster:
Started up projector. Everything on the touchpad Operational Status is fine.
Try to access IMB thru menu (Control, Content) they go to the window, but all controls greyed out, no content shows.
Check lights on Projector all Green Except:
OS Load: Blinking Green to Orange
SMS RUN: Orange
Alarm: Orange
Softst: blinking Green
PIBSI: blinking Green

Tried rebooting. No change.
Is this a reseat the board problem or replace yet another IMB or something else?
