Hi,

Does anyone know the driver names of the JBL SCS-8 and the JBL SCS-12 and has eventually the Thiel Small parameter set of these. They have a Bass Boost and I would like to check this with a Simulation.

Best regards
Torsten

They don't have names per say on these sorts of speakers. Especially since JBL has gone mostly Chinese. They are now just known as the woofer and the tweeter. The specs are at the link below.

JBL Pro has not gone "mostly Chinese". Why must you spread deliberately false information while someone is seeking real stuff? Most of the professional equipment is made in North America though much as migrated to Mexico (thanks NAFTA).

JBL is delinquent in publishing the Exploded View of the SCS speakers, which service centers use for parts identification.

T-S parameters may or may not be offered on drivers that are only designated for complete systems. Drivers that are offered as raw components normally have T-S parameters since they would be required to design them into a custom system.

Interesting they don't list the driver model number. For the 9000 and the 9010, which are the replacements for the discontinued 8340a and 8350a respectively, they include the driver model number; both the high and low frequency driver.
