I was wondering, is it possible to switch to HDMI input (slide show) once the intermission playlist start (10 min of black video) and switch back when this 10 min of black is finish?

When i try this and switch to hdmi it seems the playlist eject completely. I was going to save me some work having to export the slideshow to video and converting it to DCP and let the digital signage system display the slideshow from hdmi in.

Maybe this works with live events only?

More security bs... you can't have a playlist loaded and be in alt content on integrated servers. Nuts, because many projectors have DVI inputs and nothing prevents selecting one and a nonsync sound source while a playlist is running or paused. You are out of luck with an ICMP or projector without DVI inputs though.

You can do this with the SX-3000's via the play list. Almost all my customers do it.

It may be possible, things change in updates and that may have been requested. Try it!
What projector? You can change to a DVI input during a server show if you want to. If you have them.
