Hi Film-Tech Team,

a week till now we are experiencing a explainable lamp off at random time in one of our cp2215 projector. Hope a guide or hint where we can start to find the root cause of this issue.Thanks appreciate in advance.

below is the message error:
0530 Light Off State Caused by Emergency Stop. Critical

There's a "Fire Alarm" link that can be connected to a fire alarm relay, when open it does an emergency stop (lamp goes off and fans stop immediately, I think). If that's actually used in your installation I would suspect teh fire alarm relay or wiring. If not, the link is pretty solid but check the screws? A dodgy connection to wherever it connects to is a possibility, I expect that's the PIB but I'm not willing to check schematics. Reseating all the boards would be worthwhile.
I don't know of any other emergency stop, but there could be a serial/network command to force one. I'm equally unwilling to search the command list to see.

Hi Ron,

If fire alarm is shorted in the unit and you've done enough troubleshooting and still didn't find anything, replaced the PIB. This issue happened to me before and been doing a lot of troubleshooting and found nothing up until replacing the PIB. Try to run the PIB FIT if you have and see if PIB is ok.
