Are you talking about the lights on the side of the projector?

What comes up on the TPC screen? What color is the IMB indicator on the screen? Any errors?

Is the marriage button on the PIB solid green? If not you may need to perform marriage.

A FIPS red LED is a dead IMB. The only solution is replacement. If, for some reason, the projector was without power for 2-weeks or more, it is a very common problem with the IMB S2

No. It is a dead IMB. If it is in warranty, then begin the procedure for obtaining a warranty replacement in your area (I cannot speak for outside the USA...though I would think that your dealer would still be the first place to start).

If it is out of warranty then I don't know what Christie's policy of repair/advance replacement is.

My recommendation is changing it to a superior product that does not have this problem.

FYI: Apparently all the IMB-S2s built before 2016 have lifetime FIPS failure warranties from Christie.

My guess is that they are going to switch them all over to the "-03" version of the unit...which is said to be "fixed."
