Hi.
A few moments ago two XCT-S10 Sony servers just stop before starting a one show, in the library did not exist content, and showed me the following error message: "The SMS server may be busy, wait a moment and then try clicking the refresh button again".
Why get this error? ... I had to wait at least 30 min until the SMS server vacates which caused the delay of the scheduled show.

Regards!!

Well, if the content is not in the library, how should the server start playback immediately? Was this a last minute show, auditorium change, etc.?
Do you operate a TMS? Who manages your TMS/content/programming?

What I think Ariel experienced was that the server stopped and the whole content disappeared with a "server busy" message.

I believe I've seen that before but I cannot remember what the problem was. Better send Sony some logs to be on the safe side.
