Hi guys,

I have a USL JSD-60 that when plugged via the main power supply or the bypass, won't boot. The screen stays lit up white, none of the input lights come on, and no sound gets passed to the amps. Any suggestions?

There WAS a problem with the ribbon cable connector that connects to the header on the main board. We somehow ended up with some that did not have gold plated contacts. They typical symptom is the "white screen." As a temporary fix, remove all power, remove the cover, unplug the front panel ribbon cable, then plug it back in. Contact USL for a replacement unit.

I had one that did that too. I was not the one that did the call on it though. Unit was replaced by a local guy and I re-loaded the settings in remotely.
