Hello Everyone,

We are currently using a Barco 2k20C paired with a USL CMS 2200 server.

I cannot see the subtitles of the movies provided.

We've already activated the Cinecanvas on the USL.

But on the Barco, upon checking the Diagnostics it's saying the SUBTITLES are not enabled.

Any advice?

Thank you in advance

Hi

If you have subtitles on other content, then it's content problem.

How often do you re-boot your server, Raphael?

Try a re-boot and see if this improves things!

You need a key to do subtitles.

Do you have a VF file to go along with the OV file to do OCAP presentations?

Diagnostics>CineCanvas>Subtitle Control button and pop-up:
Is Subtitle Control checked or not?
If it is, un-check it.

Did anything work?
Any feedback?
