I am all the sudden getting the message.
"PIB Connection Lost. Power Cycle Projector"
Of course I did this and nothing changed. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the PIB is dead. Sadly, not rare for Christies. I had one die on me just from walking past the projector. This has been rare on projectors on a UPS and never turned off: power issues and switch-ons seem related.
If no warranty, Christie may give you a deal on an exchange one. I have heard (unconfirmed) that current production has resolved whatever was causing so may to die.

Just had the same thing happen on a CP2200. Changed the PIB and was back in business. Note, the PIB settings (And projector serial number) are stored in other places like the TPC so the projector can restore itself once the PIB is changed...also, you'll likely have to perform an update to get the PIB on the same software version you are on for the rest of the projector.
