Author Topic: Source for iS8-2K bulbs Leo Enticknap Film God Posts: 7474 From: Loma Linda, CA Registered: Jul 2000 posted 04-06-2016 04:37 PM                        I guess that there probably aren't many of these projectors still in active service, but just as a heads-up for the owners of any that are: we were recently looking for a new bulb and got quotes from three places, of which George Bruce's Entertainment offered one for $1,400 including a timer chip and a set of filters, which was a clear $600 less than either of the others. This is not a deal whereby you send them your lamphouse/reflector cartridge with a worn out bulb in it, and they swap it out and align the new one ready to plug and play: you have to do that yourself. But it really isn't hard.
