Whats a good starting point, the breaker switch is good would it be that power supply down there by the air in take filters or a board

More info on the symptom of "death," please. No red tail lights when you switch the power on? Red tail lights but you can't get DCC to communicate with the projector?

If is completely dead, as in, no fan or tail lights, my first instinct would be to look for fuses.
