Hello everyone.
I tried to find something relevant, searching in the forum, but no luck.
Recently, due to the end-of-the-year deadline, I tried to get the time straight on a Cat.745.

Following the handbook, I ran the script as administrator.
After the server ran a bunch of .jar files I got this:
quote:
Traceback (innermost last):
File "/home/scripts/jython/mediaBlockConnection.py", line 22, in ?
File "/home/scripts/jython/tecs.py", line 108, in __init__
File "/home/scripts/jython/tecs.py", line 125, in _initialize

at com.dolby.tecs.oncrpc.OncRpcEthernetConnector.getControlSender(OncRpcEthernetConnector.java:159)
at com.dolby.tecs.TecsClient.<init>(TecsClient.java:289)
at com.dolby.tecs.TecsClient.<init>(TecsClient.java:223)

at sun.reflect.DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance(DelegatingConstructorAccessorImpl.java:27)
at java.lang.reflect.Constructor.newInstance(Constructor.java:513)

com.dolby.tecs.exception.InternalConnectorException: com.dolby.tecs.exception.InternalConnectorException: An internal exception has happened with the connector.
Getting the secure time from the IMB

com.dolby.tecs.exception.InternalConnectorException: com.dolby.tecs.exception.InternalConnectorException: An internal exception has happened with the connector.

And since then, every time I run the script without rebooting, I get this:
quote:
Disconnecting media block
Getting the secure time from the IMB
Reconnecting media block

Without any info about the current time or a prompt to do any change.

Since not much time is left for me to try the new ideas I don't have... did anyone came across this?
Given the fact that the DSS220-IMB ethernet cable is working just fine before and after the script, does anyone have an idea on how to overcome this?

Bingo!
You've got it. I guess I won the price.
Do you, by any chance, know if we'll be lucky with the 4.8.6.13?

Edit:
Don't mind that, the answer is yes, as seen in the bug fixes of the release notes. (DC-13023).

Thank you very much for the hint.

The script is fixed in 4.8.6 (13). It also works in recently released 4.8.7 (1).
