You need to ask Dolby about it.

Dolby has an FTP site with a certificate database, it is structured by geographical region/city. Unfortunately they are painfully slow in adding new entries. Any DSS100, however, should be in that database by now ;-)

You may be able to find your certificates there. Depends on wether your DSS100 has been registered in that database at some point and wether you can find it based on it's real location. Might be difficult for second-hand machines.

Remember, you are looking for the DSP100's serial number, not the DSS100.

Find/locate the DSP100 Show Player serial number (not the DSS100 serial number).

Then send a request (include that serial number) to customersupport@dolby.com for the certificate.

Dolby now has a new way to get access to certificates for Dolby and Doremi Media Blocks.

Goto www.dolbycustomer.com and click on "Dolby Certificates" in the right hand navigation.

This takes you to a site where you can enter the Media Block Serial Number and the system will allow you to download the cert directly. There is also FTP information if you want to connect and access certificates using that method.
