Solaria One.
From the main TPC panel when I touch MENU the icon turns on but the menu drop down does not show up. Same problem when using the iPad.
Proper user name and password
All of the other buttons on the main page work.
No error warnings anywhere.
I can get into controls using the Christie's web control, but that doesn't interact with the main screen of the TPC.
Tried rebooting.
Any ideas?

Web controls? On a Christie? Are we referring to the IMB or the actual projector controls?

IMB. This is their web browser interface.
As an update, the scheduled shows loaded and played fine. Still can't get past the opening screen on the TPC. All of the indicator buttons on the bottom (System, power off, dowser, lamp, etc) are functional.

Solved for now. Disconnected the TPC from the booth and reconnected directly to the projector. Worked fine. Brought it back to the booth, reconnected and worked fine there.

I don't know if it is one of those "turn it on and turn it on again" problems, or a sign of something to come, but fixed for now.
