At first, by name, this seems to be a stripped down CP2210/2215 (0.98"), but it is actually an S2k (0.69") Solaria One+ WITHOUT the Christie IMB-S2 that is mandatory with the Solaria One+. As such it offers a standard series 2 IMB slot.

So now you can have your own choice of IMB/IMS with a Solaria One+ type machine. Looks as if Christie learned something.

Crappy IMB aside they probably learned they missed out on gobs of the very last DLP sales in quantity that NEC was able to get with the NC-900 deal which I believe is still on going.

Users manual here...

Link to the user manual is broken.

I think they had a problem with the software for this one. Christie 4.3 was on the partner site and then pulled a couple of weeks later (could render your TPC useless until a fix was run). I note that while the CP2208 is now officially on the site, the software for it remains off and that 4.2.2 remains the current Christie version (not supporting the CP2208)
