The firmware is 4.214 and the DCC software is 5.0.9.0

Just use the 4.214 one. That is all they really need and they don't really need that. Beyond knowing that your system is DCI compliant, there is nothing else that should be important.

That is actually package number...there are quite a few subsystems in the projector. The actual projector firmware number in that package is 2.800...but who cares about that? It is all encased in the 4.214 package.

Mostly, these people are data mining and for the most part, it is stupid. If you think about it...this sort of software is very temporary so whatever you tell them now will be different within 6 months to a year.
