Our technician having trouble by using the Emk 1 to be standalone automation for doremi server

here is the scenario:
We are using the EMK1 that mounted in the kineton projector (35mm)
just last week my management decided to dispose the platter system remove the emk1 and mount it to the server rack.

They start to remove it but after lots of trial and error, rewiring they cannot get to make it work, it has power but the que/macro/pulse sending by doremi is not working,

I really appreciate any advice and guidance.
