Hi
we have some problem with playing 3D content
for example:the last frame of the content is stuck on the screen
and if i run the movie one more time i see 2 frame on screen one is stuck and the movie frames running normal
we using
Christie cp2220 ShowVault IMB DOLBY 3D DFC100
can anybody help solving the problem
or send me a which configuring i need to put on channel setup
of 3d formats

One thing is for sure...the problem is NOT the DFC100. That is just a 3D color wheel controller. It has ZERO control over the image on screen. Having a second image is either a problem of the ICP, the server/IMB or the channel configuration.

It would probably help us if you either list or give us screen shots of the 3D format and 2D format you are having the issue with (all three pages of each).
