Hi everybody,

How to play DCP by Livepay on server GDC ? Everybody guide me ?

Put the DCP in like you were going to ingest it.
Open and select the content you want.
Select 'Live Play' instead of 'Import'.
Build a show with the live play content included, save and load.
Press play.
Still need a valid KDM.
That's it, I think.

One point to keep in mind is that the content is not ingesting as it's live playing. This feature is great to use if you get a drive late and won't have time to ingest before getting on screen. But you're still going to have to ingest at a later time.

Also, remember that when you do this - it loads up every version of the movie that's on the drive for live play. This threw me for a loop the first time I saw this. I thought "why the heck did they ingest every version of the movie on the drive" - when it reality they were just live playing one the CPL's on it. Every CPL on the hard drive will show up as if they are ingested.

I see. It seem just play by CRU. I try with USB. It can't play.

USB 2.0 as on the GDC is not fast enough for live play.
