About a month ago I purchased a brand new baby Barco to play with my Dolby DSS200. It was installed by an excellent tech.

HOWEVER the first show of every day - the opening projector CUES - LAMP ON and DOUSER OPEN - fail to work. Sound and lights cues do work. Push manual the show works is fine. Later shows, perform as expected. I've heard other people with baby barcos and built in servers are having the same first show - missed cues issue.

HELP and ADVICE WANTED..

You should check IP connect between projector and server.

It's a known issue (at least in Sweden).
Workaround: reselect content when the projector is fully awake.
Possible solution: upgrade to Dolby system 4.8.0 (33). There is a bugfix for automatation issues with Barco S-series.

Try updating to Dolby version 4.8.0.33 which is their latest release version, I had the same issues with a Barco 10S and DSS220 servers and the 4.8 build cured the issue.
