Author Topic: Problem with Christie Solaria One Nguyen Jack Film Handler Posts: 93 From: Singapore Registered: Mar 2013 posted 05-01-2014 04:20 AM                     we are using two projector Christie Solaria One. We get problem with code: - Connection to the ICP has been lost - Connection to the PIB has been lost - Connection to the IMB has been lost - Connection to the Router has been lost I often take out and take in cable power. the projector can be woring or still problem. the problem often happen in recent days. I contact with supplier but they can't fix it. First we had to change a compact flash card in the IMB, send by Christie one year ago. Second, we changed the NAS, the performance test wasn't excellent, just good. The Christie support said to me it wasn't enough. Second thing, they've tell that when you set-up the IP adress for the projector and the IMB, the third number in the IP adress need to be different (not said in the manual). Like the projector 192.168.0.100 and the IMB 192.168.1.114. For the Network Attached Storage device - what brand are you using - iOmega or Netgear? Also - FYI - when this problem has been happening at other locations - Christie has been recommending to change out the LVPS (Low Voltage Power Supply) located inside the projector. They had to replace the NAS device twice. (They had the i-omega NAS) Fortunately everything was still under warranty, so it didn't cost anything, except for several lost shows & my time. Make sure your projector software is updated to the latest version.
