Author Topic: Solaria one + problems and no solution in sight Anhtu Vu Film Handler Posts: 98 From: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Registered: Jun 2013 posted 04-30-2014 10:43 AM                     We've been experiencing a slight shake in the image coming from the motorized lens caused by the fan pack. It took Christie over two months to change the fan pack, unfortunately the problem remains. Christie acknowledge this problem as i'm not the only one experiencing it, unfortunately, they have no fix for it and have not responded to my emails. I wrote to our regional rep and one of the main guy at Christie and still no response. I'm really loosing faith in this company….. Anyways, has anyone here ran into the same problem and found fix for it ??? That suggests two things to me. Is the fan properly balanced, i.e. is a blade bent or mis-aligned so the fan vibrates? Second, what do you have under the unit for support?
