We've been experiencing a slight shake in the image coming from the motorized lens caused by the fan pack. It took Christie over two months to change the fan pack, unfortunately the problem remains.

Christie acknowledge this problem as i'm not the only one experiencing it, unfortunately, they have no fix for it and have not responded to my emails. I wrote to our regional rep and one of the main guy at Christie and still no response. I'm really loosing faith in this company…..

Anyways, has anyone here ran into the same problem and found fix for it ??? Thx

You suggest that the problem is vibration caused by the fan?

That suggests two things to me. Is the fan properly balanced, i.e. is a blade bent or mis-aligned so the fan vibrates?

Second, what do you have under the unit for support? For example, a heavy industrial steel table will be more stable than an old wooden orange crate.
