Does 3D Bluray playback via a Barco DP2K-32B require the IMS or can it be done without that?

As far as I know, series II DVI inputs do support 3D signals, but not the common consumer HDMI 3D formats.

I got blu-ray 3D working via HDMI on a GDC IMB with the latest 9.0 firmware installed, but that's all I've been able to manage. I tried several times to do blu-ray 3D straight through the projector, but couldn't do it. I don't remember for sure, but I think I eventually got confirmation directly from Barco that it wasn't possible.

The current series2 chipset needs separate L/R streams through both DVI inputs. I don't know any BluRay Player supplying that. You would need a separate splitter-box to accomplish that.
