I received the following in an email from Deluxe this morning. Our content ingested fine, but I can't test it due to the lack of active keys.

Attention Projectionist/Manager

In order to avoid a potential ingest issue, we are asking you to please ingest “Robocop” from the hard drive to your central server as soon as possible. We have detected a minor abnormality in our laboratory that may or may not affect ingestion of the content. As a precautionary measure, please be advised a second replacement drive has been shipped to your theatre for arrival no later than Tuesday 02/11/14.

If you experience an unsuccessful ingestion please contact Deluxe Digital Cinema immediately at:

Our Help Desk @ (877) 272-3870

Email: ddchelp@bydeluxe.com

We apologize for any inconvenience

Yes, I found that out first hand Friday. The file ingest failed twice. Retried again after re-seating the drive, same thing. Called and reported it. Thought it might have been just us. Thanks for the info.

Justin, FYI the letter is clearly only concerned with ingestion, not keys. [Wink]
