We took the side panel door off of an NEC 2000C to check a possible problem.
Now that everything is back together, the NEC has a "Service Door Tamper alarm
that needs to be re-set.
I know I've seen it done once before, but I don't remember the proceedure.

Does anyone know how to re-set the door alarm?

I know we can't post passwords, etc online here, so pleas PM me if you know how.

The projector is at a small private screening room, without a NOC.

Press and hold "Menu" until it asks for password, then enter the service password and press "Enter".
