Does anybody know the special trick to putting a rogue lens back into a pair of Dolby 3D glasses? (I think mine are Cat 832.)

Looks like the frame needs to be flexed, but I don't want to snap the frame and make matters worse. I have considered -- but not yet tried -- washing the pair and letting the hot water make the plastic frame more malleable. Could this work?

Or is there a better, tried-n-true method?

Yes, being warm after a dishwasher cycle is the easiest way to put them back in.
