Projector is working fine until we have to change it between macros. It stays in "please wait" for about 10 to 15 minutes until it changes but sometimes it doesn't execute all the action on the macro (zoom). Also, sometimes when we power on the projector it takes more than the usual time to turn on. We have done updates and the problem disappear for about two weeks and then comes back.

Sounds like a failed shift motor on the lens or motor control board. The projector does everything in sequence, if there is a failed part in that sequence it will keep trying for around 5 minutes before giving up. I've never had one drag on for more that 5 minutes but it's worth looking into the lens motors
