I have a Chrisite 2210 that was installed just over a year ago. A month ago the projector lost green. When I checked colors green was pink. The projector is used infrequently as it is a screening room/special events theatre. Also the projector is ceiling mounted in a vented enclosure. We changed the bulb (it was at the reccomended hours for replacement) and tried pulling the cards. The color was restored but it didn't seem like we fixed anything rather we just got it to work. I just got word from a colleague that the problem has returned.

Are you sure the projector is on the correct preset/channel, for example a DCI input from a server or HD from some other alternate source or not set to 3D when not playing 3D? Incorrect inputs could cause a pink image on screen.
What are you using as your source?
