Hello, maybe an odd question.
We receive our adverts by satellite and they are saved on our server (Doremi DCP2K.
Last week, the delivery failed and i was asked to "pull" the adverts manually from the satellite system.
Does anyone know what this means and how to do it?
Thank you for your time once again.
Michael.

Most likely you should perform an FTP access to the Hard disk drive of your satellite system, the best way would be to connect a laptop with Filezilla installed, but you have to know:

1) Satellite System IP Address
2) data account info for logging in, meaning USER and PWD

Those infos are probably stored in the Doremi server somewhere but I don't know how to retrieve them

Your Arqiva box should be set up as a FTP server on your Doremi, look in Ingest Manager, try changing the source.

Failing all that, call the NOC.

Thank you all for your suggestions,
I will try what has been mentioned.
It is an Arqiva system, so i can call the NOC if any problems.
