First off, me and all of my staff are completely new to running d-cinema. Would love some help with a problem ingesting Wreck it Ralph on Christie Solaria One, (The IMB server is supposedly DoReMi rebranded as Christie). After ingestion of the key and hard drive we get the following error:

Error Playing Playlist
Error Occurred
CPL Validation Issue
Error Details <NONE>

We've gotten several new keys from Technicolor, had them replace the hard drive, tried it on different machines, and all the other machines have successfully ingested and played other movies.
From what I've gotten here, it's got to be a key issue? Anything else it could be?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

There are two different formats for keys -- I had a problem a little while back with a movie that showed as green (playable) on the display but wouldn't actually play. I had Technicolor send me another key in the "other format", and it worked fine.

My server is a GDC but I don't see why that should make a difference here.

Ask them for a key in the "other format" and see if that solves your problem.

Christie makes their own IMB so it is likely their own. If you perform all of your actions through the touchpanel (ingest, spl setup...etc) and you have an external storage unit (NAS) ...it is a Christie.
