Yes, with a DMA8 plus 'Digital Media Adapter' or similar device to process the AES digital sound to feed the 'digital' input on the CP-65.

I am running six CP-65's with digital projectors using USL-DAX602 D to A converters. This setup has worked flawlessly and sounds great!

I've set up over 30 of them with either the Ultra stereo DAX or ECI D/A converter.

I've done only a couple of installs with the DAX-602s, but did do many using the ECI-60s. Both worked great for us!

We did all of our installs with the Doremi D2A-AUD audio converter. From what I hear, it is inexpensive when compared to other similar devices.
