does the dolby dss200 has a api (or other) interface? I would like write a little webinterface to check some things.

Jupiter client or VNC is free to use. For more, you will need to contact Dolby, probably in vain.

Since you have the server you should have some support for it, but as you can post here you must be able to email Dolby support - that's the best approach. Software and such is on a restricted website but Dolby is pretty good about either giving you an ID or emailing temporary links to anything you require.
The "Jupiter client" runs on a separate computer connected to the server network. Each main Dolby software version has an associated Jupiter client, they have to match.
There's also an API for running a TMS/LMS with the server, you would get that from Dolby. It may not be something they give out freely, I don't know - ask Dolby. cinemasupport@dolby.com
