Upon power up this morning, the indicator lights on top of the projector are solid red and the LCD reads "Service Door Tamper" & "IMB: Service Door Tamper."

I removed all service doors and re-seated them and powered down/ powered up the projector several times. Warning message is still there and I cannot play any content. I am able to power on the lamp. Any ideas?

Power down the projector. After its powered down, reboot the server. As soon as the server starts to reboot, power up the projector.

If you get a service door tamper...you will HAVE to input the Service password via the keypad (not the software) to clear it.

Note, you can get a service door tamper from just turning the key on either side OR the lens cover so DON'T go "exploring." If a board gets removed...you'll get an even stricter tamper...marriage.
