Does anyone know where I can download a copy of
Nec's Digital Cinema Connector
I have looked all over their site.
We have a new one and need to reset bulb hours.

You're not going to find one on the interent since NEC's rather have field techs do the bulb training on installs.

But, you can reset bulb hours right there on the display panel using the touchpad.

1-Have the thing in "Standby" mode.
2-(what I do is open the rear door to 'fool' the system that a bulb change is completed, then, close the rear door to continue, otherwise, you won't be able to get into the section of this since it will be locked out for usage).

3- Go to "Installation", then "New bulb" and you can find the areas were it will ask you if you want to reset the hours.

good luck - Monte
