Hello,

Can lenses used for the Barco DP100 also be used for the Christie CP2000-ZX?

Thanks.

Absolutely. I've done it. Just take the big collar off that holds the lens into the DP-100. The lens then fits right into the Christie lens mount.

Are D-cinema projector lenses generally interchangeable, or are there different lens mounts/sizes?

How are the lenses sized, anyway? Are they sold by focal length (like cinema lenses) or "throw ratio" (like video projector lenses)?

Is there a choice of lens manufacturers?

Generally interchangable within the same group of projectors... The .98" chip lenses are all electric and smaller in OD and length then the 1.2" lenses are.
