Digital Media currently represents the interests of Hollywood film studios, motion picture exhibition facilities, and industry-leading manufacturers as a trusted service provider on the east coast, with our home base located in New York, NY.

Digital Media Systems Inc. is looking for an experienced field engineer to work in the New York Tri-State area. Applicant must be experienced in installation, service, and support of cinema presentation technologies. These technologies include, but are not limited to:
-Digital Cinema Projectors
-Multi-channel Audio Systems
-Screen Management Systems
-Theatre/Library Management Systems
-IT Networks
-Automation
-Typical Cinema Peripherals

Consistent travel is required within the New York Tri-State / Eastern Pennsylvania area. Out of town assignments are possible, but limited.

This position requires:
-Self-motivation
-Proactive and frequent communication and collaboration
-Ability to oversee and organize large volumes of information
-Customer service skills

Applicant must also be willing, available, and enthusiastic about pursuing educational opportunities as technological advances in the industry emerge.

Top applicants should also have previous knowledge and experience with:
-Cinema System Design
-Immersive sound systems
-Audio/Visual systems
-Laser Projection
-Automation Programming
-Post-Production Procedures
