West Wind (the former Century/Syufy Drive-In locations) is currently accepting resumes for a variety of management positions. We operate Drive-In Theatres and Public Markets at nine different locations in California, Nevada and Arizona.

Our most recent position is for a Manager at the Capitol 6 Drive-In & Public Market in San Jose, CA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager position is responsible for learning all aspects of operations, including, but not limited to, providing excellent service. The Manager assists the General Manager in moving the location forward by addressing issues in a comprehensive and on-going manner and by developing innovative plans and systems that build a healthy, growing business. This position works closely with the District Manager of Operations and Training and the General Manager to achieve and/or exceed goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· College degree preferred.
· Minimum two years of experience as a restaurant, public market or movie theater manager.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to work with little or no supervision.
· Team building skills of empathy, building of self-esteem, motivational techniques, coaching and empowerment.
· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
· Ability to write reports, business correspondences and procedure manuals.
· Ability to manage time effectively.
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge in Lotus Notes a plus.
· Analytical ability for statistics, forecasting and budgeting.
· Knowledge of POS systems.
· Bilingual a plus, Spanish preferred.
