Author Topic: Technician required - London - fixed contract Peter Hall Master Film Handler Posts: 314 From: London, UK Registered: Dec 2000 posted 08-21-2003 08:05 AM                        We're looking for someone to work in our workshop rebuilding projectors and making up sound systems, mod kits etc. Initially we are looking to clear some backlog and are offering this position as a three / six month contract, however for the right person there is the possibility of a full time field and / or workshop position working on Digital and celluliod cinema and sound systems. Good workmanship, a quality driven "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm are more important than years of experience, however some electrical and mechanical expertise would be needed. Drivers licence useful. We offer a good salary package and fantastic prospects to the right person.. Our client base includes top THX venues, lots of art houses / independants, some theatres, hotels and independants - variety abounds ! Some nasty hours and heavy lifting is involved however.
