Seeking a source to send a power unit for reverse-scan (2 LED)device from a Kinoton PK60D for repair.
Any ideas?

I'd be curious about this too. I have a dead RSSD power supply in need of repair, but luckily had a spare so was able to swap out.

Out of curiousity, could one use a different type of power supply for these? I have quite a few spare Component Engineering supplies.

Julian I think finding a different supply that would use the same connectors as the Kinoton would be impossible. Luckily I also had a spare that I was able to swap out. I'm hearing that these Kinoton PS have a history of failure.

The LS 40 from CE is the best bet. Inexpensive last I looked. Got both LED and +/- 12 Volts power supply. On Phoenix connectors. Now you just have to read into the Kinoton wiring harness.

I seriously doubt Don that wants to have to cash in a 401K just to get a power supply. Almost any reverse scam power supply will work.
