Hi all,

We need to install 2 Simplex 35 mm with automation in our archive projection booth. Can someone recommend a great tech in the Montreal area.

Not in Montreal but Paul Davis and Markus Lemm from The Bytowne cinema and Mayfair Theatre in Ottawa do projector installs. But automation in a archival booth, why?

Although I don't know if the company is still in business, I believe that Roberts Film Service was based in Montreal. Roberts developed the Technolite reflector which was much more efficient in design than most reflectors installed in xenon lamps by the original equipment manufacturers.
