Anyway to adjust the projector sound levels manually without the dolby test tone film?

It is hard to do without as that is your reference level.If you have some 1K tone you could use that.

You mean calibrating the analog track reader output to Dolby level, right? The house speaker volume can be adjusted using internally generated pink noise. For reader level calibration you should only use Dolby tone test film.
