Now there is roll tube with 1 gain screen, which is old and not suitable for dolby 3d. So perlux is sitting in box, but would like to hear opinion would rolling screen will affct it surface. I have installed a few of those electric screens over the years (its a bitch hanging those!). But if there is any friction against the surface on a home made version roll down that eventually that surface is going to become degraded. Harkness has special way of supporting the edges of the screen so abrasion doesn't happen. Mark  |  IP: Logged
