Author Topic: Sensory Friendly Screening :confused: Mike McBeath Film Handler Posts: 2 From: Greensburg, KS 67054 Registered: May 2015 posted 04-05-2016 07:07 PM                     We are going to try out doing some sensory friendly films, but I can't find any good reference for decibel settings. Generally we leave lights at mid and have volume at 3/4 the normal level. I have a good friend who is autistic. One day I was watching trailers with him on my phone. I turned up the volume to almost full so I could hear it well. To him it was so loud that he couldn't turn it down fast enough. We would up watching about about half value. A couple other things we do with our sensory shows is to run the open caption version and don't program any trailers or ads.  |  IP: Logged
